Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and administering human resource processes, policies, and programs at the Manati facility of Essentra. The major areas of responsibility include

- recruitment and selection,
- employee onboarding,
- performance management,
- compensation,
- employee relations,
- and training and development.
Requisitos:
Desired Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis on Human Resources or Business Management, preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years prior experience in the human resources area, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Generalist background, with a broad knowledge of employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, communications, performance management, and training and development.
- Advanced project management skills: effectively manages time and prioritize workload, manages multiple tasks without close supervision, and consistently meets deadlines.
- Strong technical skills/aptitude: demonstrates proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
