Iam Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking an IAM Analyst in Media, PA.

Responsibilities:
* Work on incident tickets for associates having problems accessing resources; Resolve, transfer, or escalate the ticket; Manage the queue
* Provide exceptional customer service by following up with associates promptly in a courteous manner to resolve their issues
* Process new hire account requests ensuring that new hire accounts, mailboxes, and business profiles are setup by the new hire start date
* Respond and fulfill requests submitted by associates for additional access
* Follow all security procedures to ensure all granted access is approved by the defined approval groups
* Manually create privileged access Active Directory accounts

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficient with Active Directory security and distribution groups
* Familiar with AD group policy OU and domain tree structure
* Proficient with MS Exchange 2016 mailbox, distribution list administration
* Understand, follow Least Privilege principles
* Experience working on a service desk, help desk, or other tier one support role
* Good communication skills
* Proficient with MS Excel list features (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
* Familiar with scripting in power shell

Nice to have experience:
* Saviynt Access Governance tool
* Omada Identity management tool
* Exchange Online/O365 administration
* Provisioning SAP, ERP, & BWP roles and transactions
