Iam Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: A Kforce client in Media, PA is actively interviewing candidates for an IAM Analyst position. This person will work on incident tickets for internal associates having problems accessing resources such as Active Directory and MS Exchange.

Responsibilities:
* Resolve, transfer, or escalate the ticket. Manage the Queue
* Provide exceptional customer service by following up with associates promptly in a courteous manner to resolve their issues
* Process new hire account requests ensuring that New hire accounts, mailboxes, and business profiles are setup by the new hire start date
* Respond, fulfill requests submitted by associates for additional access
* Follow all security procedures to ensure all granted access is approved by the defined approval groups
* Manually create privileged access Active Directory accounts

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficient with Active Directory security and distribution groups
* Familiar with AD group policy OU and domain tree structure
* Proficient with MS Exchange 2016 mailbox, distribution list administration.
* Understand, follow Least Privilege principles
* Experience working on a service desk, help desk, or other tier one support role
* Good communication skills
* Proficient with MS Excel list features (filters, vlookup, pivot tables)
* Familiar with scripting in power shell

Nice to have Experience:
* Saviynt Access Governace tool
* Omada Identity management tool
* Exchange Online/O365 administration
* Provisioning SAP ERP & BWP roles and transactions
