Under general supervision, utilizing somewhat diversified procedures and standards, this position is accountable to perform a series of sales related activities working mostly independently and assuming ownership for completion of both routine and non-routine assignments, within the confines of one retail store, but will be accountable to provide support to other locations as necessary.-Perform customer service related activities including but not limited to: sales, attending to phone calls, placing work orders, answering questions from customers, resolving problems that are non-routine nature and that may require deviation from standardized procedures, and tracing of order status or product shipments-Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and/or programs to meet the customer's needs....
