Full Time Opportunity 13; General Description 13; Manage the execution of process improvements (system and operational) of the business unit. Proactively evaluate and test solutions which will result in operational efficiencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
Focus on operational efficiencies that will result in an increase in the branchs, call center, and other Individual Lending Services units profitability. Establish communication with different areas, including the systems group, in order to meet the business objectives. Verify, test, analyze and document processes as required.
Education 13;
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering
Experience 13;
At least two years of related experience in project coordination and/or management; such as having had identified the business needs, work plans, budget control, time management, resources distribution, team management, and making reports. Preferably, have the Project Management certification (PMP) and experience or courses in Lean/Six Sigma philosophy.
Other Qualifications 13;
:Proficient knowledge on process efficiency tools and methodologies such as design thinking, lean, agile, six sigma, customer journey mapping, and analytics.
:Capability to build effective teams and promote integration and inclusion, encourage collaboration and effective conflict resolution.
:Proficiency in written and oral English/Spanish language
