Industrial Engineer

Our client, an international banking entity located in the metro area, is looking for an Industrial Engineer professional to be part of an operational tactical team, focus on how to get work done most efficiently, improve process time & flows, reporting and to be cost effective. Scope of duties include but not limited to: process re-engineering, balancing many factors such as time, number of employees needed, available technology platform, actions need to take, achieving the end product with no errors, staff’s safety, compliance regulations achievement and be cost effectiveness. Define bank’s performance metrics, how it performing in ways that support decision making and process optimization. Ensure that all the bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory and compliance policies guidelines are strictly complied within the process of discharging duties.
Requisitos:
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineer, preferably with a Master degree. Fully bilingual (written, oral and conversational) English & Spanish and ability to communicate effectively.
A team player with sound analytical problem solving and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy; report writing and presenting findings; background in metrics and modeling analysis experience, and documenting business requirements. Experience of one to two years working as an Industrial Engineer and / or employed in a similar position.
Compensation: $28K-$32K (+) Fringes: Perf. plus X’ms bonuses, parking, etc.
