Descripción del Empleo:
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Conducts / leads or participates in Process Mapping, FMEA, ACP's and Eight Step Problem Solving initiatives to promote and ensure that Thermo King processes are continuously improving and operating in a waste elimination mode.
Implements processes in accordance to Lean / DFT principles and serves as facilitator for other employees including supervision, management and hourly to work within lean principles.
Prepares and implements detailed plans to ensure that new technology and product transfers and new product introductions are implemented within required timeframe and cost.

Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in engineering(Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical) from an accredited college or university. Professional Engineer license highly desirable. No experience required for entry level position (Engineer I). Minimum of three years of engineering experience in an electromechanical / automotive type of organization is required. Experience should include work with Lean process implementation and ISO processes.
