General DescriptionComplete the subscription process of insurance policies in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and manuals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Marketing oft insurance lines risk exposure and support Insurance Agents in achieving sales budget and promotes selling of insurance coverages.:Process endorsements and renewals according to the unit service level.:Analyze requests, appraisals and customer needs to identify the best product for the client.:Manage notices of non:renewal or cancellations from insurers and identify alternatives for risk placement.:Provide at least two insurance alternatives to prospective clients following the subscription guidelines of each insurer or as established in the ISO manual.:Maintain customer information and placing negotiations update in the Agency's system.:Communicate with Insurance Agents in the renewal process to obtain instructions regarding policy renewal.:Provide support to Insurance Agents and explain the features and merits of policies and coverages quote.:Assist the claims unit during the claim process.EducationBachelors DegreeExperienceFive (5) or more years of experience in the placement and subscription of property, auto and liability insurances.LicensesThe following certifications and/or licenses are preferred::P and C (Miscellaneous) Insurance License or :Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designationOther Qualifications:Strong communication, analytical and negotiations skills:Writing and verbal communication skills; in both Spanish and English :Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel:Ability to identify and resolve situations.:Able to multi:task, prioritize and organize work with attention to detail in a deadline:oriented environment.
