Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service support to current and future clients by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of information provided on inbound phone calls or internet inquiries. This position is also responsible for initiating and/or establishing relationships with future clients that meet our current criteria for any legal help they may inquire about.
Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Manage intake – the process by which we receive requests for legal help – and issue timely responses, including agreements, forms, questionnaires and requests for records.
Manage intake phone calls, text messages, emails and form submissions
Maintain impeccable electronic and paper intake records
Update and maintain client records based on communication with clients and law firms
Schedule communication with clients as needed
Assist law firms as needed and directed
Experience and Qualifications
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Superb organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new technologies, including our intake management database system
Ability to multitask under pressure and respond to shifting demands without sacrificing attention to detail
An understanding of and a passion for assisting clients remotely
Call Center, Customer Service, Legal or Healthcare Intake: 1 year (Preferred)
A degree is desirable
