We'll trust you to: Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations in addition to translating business needs into technical solutions to allow applications/systems to continue to operate efficiently and offer maximum value impact to customers and end users. Participates in the functional design of elements of the SW/application created to adapt and meet specified requirements. Key member in charge of design approval and validation. Provides recommendations and suggestions regarding new project implementations including standards and services directed to application development. Documents estimates for various aspects of SDLC (estimated labor hours, deadlines, objectives) to assist the Project Managers ensuring requirements implemented correctly. Actively participates in sessions of prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business process operations and information process flows. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner while coordinating, planning, and organizing follow up sessions/meetings (UAT). Collaborates with 3rd party vendors and suppliers in addition to internal PMO management to provide status reports and updates to stakeholders and business unit owners. Utilizes Azure DevOps to create, organize, track, and monitor daily operational tasks and activity in order to efficiently run and participate in weekly team Sprint meetings to establish priorities. Acts as liaison between technical teams to guarantee applications meet user requirements. What you're made of: You'll need to... Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Engineering Science or Business Administration. Minimum of 3+ years of experience executing the function of a business analyst. Participated in implementation of ERP systems, Web Portals, Mobile Applications and/or Cloud based solutions. Insight of programming concepts as well as basic programming experience. Understanding of governing laws and regulations applicable to the end customer's regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH Act, Insurance Commissioner, among others. Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office 365 Ability to communicate effectively (read, write, speak, etc.) in English and Spanish Plus: Proficiency in MS Visio and MS Project. Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies. PMP Certification (or previous project management experience)
