It Business Analyst

Descripción del Empleo:
Support the business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes -Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs -Compile information and documentation which will enable the analysis of the business needs and requirements -Serve as primary liaison between the business community, technology organization and external partners for all project requirements during the analysis phase of a project -Provide support to solve business problems -Ensures that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business -Interacts with system analysts and developers to ensure system is properly implemented.
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area. Understanding of the business model and processes -Problem solving, structured analysis skills, presentation and facilitation, communication and interviewing, project management skills -Knowledgeable of systems analysis and design methodologies (SDLC) -Technical skills -Knowledgeable of SQL database, Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
