BA in Computer Science, Computer Programming or Computer Engineering. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Customer Oriented. System design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices. AS400 and SAP knowledge and ERP experience. Project management principles. Manufacturing and distribution industry experience a must. Manage Business Applications staff with a focus on streamline operations. Works as a contributing member of the Technology team to help ensure application related practices are strategically aligned with overall business objectives. Process improvement subject matter expert.
