Requisitos:
Qualified applicants must be highly motivated and detail-oriented. Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and a STRONG desire to learn. Excellent knowledge of providing hardware support for desktops, laptops, servers, scanners, printers, mobile devices, etc. Must be comfortable working with and troubleshooting the Microsoft series of operating systems and applications. Ability to work variable schedules to include weekends, nights, and day shifts as required. Preferred certifications in Microsoft operating systems or other applications as well as any other industry standard certifications. Preferred Managed service help desk experience. Some knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.). (2) Years of directly related Information Technology Service Desk experience or equivalent combination. Must have CompTIA A+
