Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for an IT Intern to contribute to our organizational improvement.
Provide user support:
• Resolve user issues and document using help desk ticketing system
• Coordinate with IT staff to provide coverage as needed
Set up, maintain and administrate system:
• Install, configure and troubleshoot issues with systems such as printers, wireless access points, network switches, warehouse PDLs
• Raise concerns and ongoing issues to IT Lead
• Update software on servers and user PCs
• Execute scheduled restarts of network and server equipment
• Manage and ensure uptime of security cameras & recordings
Manage user accounts and equipment
• Configure and track inventory of user PCs
• Execute onboarding and offboarding of user devices and accounts
Requisitos:
The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills and curiosity and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is key for this role.
2-year degree or better in computer science, computer systems, computer engineering, or other engineering
Strong background in hardware and software
