Offer technology and programming teaching to learning students from a leading non-profit educational foundation. Provide student under the program, technical & support for incoming educational queries and issues related to the MS Academy Platform, software understanding of C#, Visual Basic, SQL, HTML5. Identified, research, & resolve basic to medium-complex technical problems. Provide support to installs software applications for the purpose of providing student access to software modules instructional materials. Demonstrate a high level of client service for Microsoft Office Suite IT Academy Platform (Word, Excel & Power Point). Maintains computer hardware and software applications for ensuring availability of instructional materials. Role interacts with cross-functional individual student (7 to 12 grades) and groups on a daily basis.
Requisitos:
Monitors individual & or groups of students in the computer to identify required assistance and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. Instructs students on the use of educational software for complementing classroom instruction with computer technology. Ability to work under pressure with a wide diversity of persons; & utilize a variety of job related software. Problem solver to identify issues and create action plans. Maintain daily performance of students assisted. Must produce excellent work in a fast-track environment with ability to set priorities constantly. Associate or a BBA degree (1 to 3 yrs.) experience as a Trainer or Facilitator. Proficient knowledge of M/S Suite; Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish). Compensation $30K-$35K plus a wide range of fringes.
