Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:Support and coordinate the IT Security team in daily tasks which includes but is not limited to prioritizing changing incidents, investigating and troubleshooting.
:Process IT Security related requests ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
:Be an advocate of security awareness, staying on top of cyber security trends and incorporate best practices into your daily work.
:Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to add to the collective innovative thinking that can drive new ideas.
:Create documentation and planning for all security:related information, including incident response and disaster recovery plans.
:Document security breaches reported by Evertec, to identify the root cause and define a remediation plan.
:Serve as SME within IT security projects and perform IT Security operational defined processes.
:Identifies opportunities to reduce risk and documents remediation options regarding acceptance or mitigation of security related scenarios.
:Coordinate plans to address questions from internal and external audits and examinations.
:Perform as a liaison between the unit and the LOB, including coordination tasks, documentation and security support type tasks.
:Coordinate strategic planning and training of the staff regarding IT Security topics.
:Effectively communicate the unit plans to the appropriate members.
:Participate in pre:defined capacitation trainings defined by the unit. 13;

Bachelors Degree in Technology, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience 13;
At least four (4) years of experience in IT Security aspects such as security architecture, infrastructure, cloud strategies, among others.
