Responsibilities
• Ensure stability, functionality, and efficiency of IT network, servers and systems
• Manage maintenance of all network and server hardware: resets, updates, cleanings, configurations
• Anticipate problems that will affect uptime and proactively design and implement solutions
• Manage IT personnel and projects
• Manage and provide user support
• Manage backups of all company data and key systems according to IT policy and company needs
• Specify, provision and deploy new user and network hardware
• Maintain well-ordered IT inventory: physical spaces and asset list
• Write and update documentation of IT procedures and configurations

Requisitos:
Background • 4-year degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other engineering
• Strong background in hardware and software
Skills
• Deep knowledge of computer networking architecture, configuration, hardware, tools
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating system: workstation and server
• Expert in searching for and processing information needed to solve problems/complete projects
