Junior Compliance Associate

Job Description The Compliance Associate is responsible for providing technical support on the implementation of the Compliance Program. The primary responsibilities of this role are to execute the monitoring process to evaluate compliance risk and handle the revision of procedures and control documentation. Requirements Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other related field, Liberal Arts or Science Degree. -1 - 3 years- experience working with applicable rules and consumer protection / lending regulations, auditing / testing, risk / controls and issue mitigation. -Legal Research, Business or Technical Writing, Reporting, education or training lending ability to translate regulatory requirements into business requirements, preferred. -Experience with writing procedures, preferred. -Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.). -Proficiency in manage digital platforms. -Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Spanish. -Ability to deal with numbers and have auditing skills, along with a basic knowledge on business math applications.
