Job Description:
The Knowledge Transfer Coordinator is a temporary position for a defined period. This position will support in the
execution of the knowledge transfer strategy, activities and tactics of Project ORCHID, in a new plant start up,Tuas
Singapore. Responsible to coordinate trainings; administer Learning Management Systems for the project team, monitors
training progress for trainees, perform travel arrangements for trainees, among other activities required.
Requisitos:
Requirements: * Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Sciences, Engineering or
related field, preferred; or equivalent experience.
* Two (2) years minimum experience in Industry within Organizational Development or similar responsibilities,
or related area. Excellent people skills. Computer applications skills, specifically Windows and C2C
Application or any Learning Management System application.
* At least two (2) years of experience in project management and system management, preferred.
* Language skills (Bilingual - English & Spanish ).
