Seller's Comments and Description:

I am looking for a Hot, Young, Strong Man to mow my lawn and trim trees and bushes as needed once a month.
please have your own equipment, haul away is not needed for clipping or other refuse, just bag it up in lawn bags and
leave them at the front of my house, the city will take them away. The lot for the property is 3/4 acre but
with the house and adult trees make it's not that big Usual payment will be $100 every month for regular
service, payment will be either $125/150 if I go away and the lawn is a overgrown.
