Lead Technician

Responsibilities: Lead Technicians – Manufacturing Support Team Leadership (Across all Shifts) Expected to have hands-on knowledge in Instrumentation / Mechanical disciplines ensuring Operational Uptime in Manufacturing (Purification and Fermentation) Areas Ensures EHS and Quality Compliance Oversight of Technicians during his / her Shift (Team of three Resources) Leads Shift Change and is responsible for KPI reporting and compliance with GMARS Work Order Process Models a Customer-Oriented behavior. Manages technical issues/problems appropriately, escalates timely as needed.
