Job Description

Trains or leads a group of Light Assemblers, Machine Tenders, or Quality Control Inspectors in on - the job procedures and suggests process improvements or provides other Leadership/Direction in an Assembly environment. Communicates clearly, follows policies and procedures. May serve as line leader. Lifting is limited to 10 lbs or less.
