The Local Infrastructure Service Specialist Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to 1st and 2nd Level Support for Basic Infrastructure Service; operate and provide local basic infrastructure service (e.g. LAN, email, voice, etc.); administer and maintain local infrastructure and installations, liaising with the suppliers of local installation in relation to service management request; identify, diagnose maintain and escalate incidents and service requests; operate and maintain a central ticketing system; support for application monitoring and calculation of KPls, timely elevate and/or escalate to next level complex problems, coordinate maintenance downtimes of basic infrastructure components, preparation and update of documentation, among other tasks.
Requisitos:
Have a University degree in Computer Science is required. Minimum 3 years of experience. Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Technologies: Server 2008 r2; Active Directory Management; DFS; Windows XP / 7. Experience with general IT troubleshooting. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Have a Good technical and mechanical understanding. Understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. Have a good analytical skill. Availability to work extended shifts, night shifts and/ or weekend as required by the business. Able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritize. Self-motivated, confident and methodical. Able to work independently as well as having excellent team spirit. Only qualified candidates will be evaluated.
