Logistics Support Administrator

Descripción del Empleo:
Process documentation from Supplier and Headquarters (Miami Office)
Receiving the product into the different locations numbers
Process all freight forwarders or NVOCC, invoices (ACH/Check)
Work closed with carriers, on new and pending arrivals and documentation
Work closely with Transportation companies setting up domestic shipments
Communication to the Ports on container status
Suppliers Support dealing with any issue to get a quick resolution
Customer Support with any issues to get a quick resolution
Work closing with Miami Office with orders, PO’s or inventory issues
Match all vendor invoices with Lumber Track receipts with financials
Work closely with Transportation companies setting up domestic shipments
Submit (AES) ITN on Customs System
Submit (USDA) Phytosanitary/ Process Plan Certificate
Create Draft B/L
Communicate with Carrier on B/L creation, final B/L and Ocean F
Requisitos:
Requires 6 to 7 years in warehouse management experiences
Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Strong organizational and follow up skills
