Machine Operator

Descripción del Empleo:
Participate in and act as a safety leader in all responsibilities. Read and understand job and customer requirements on order. Read layout provided by Graphics Department to ensure understanding of critical dimensions. Places cylinders in press, adjust setting and impression when needed. Perform set-ups in a timely manner. Standard run rates must be maintained. Assure all jobs are run in accordance with all written manufacturing specifications including manufacturing specs, customer specs, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor and maintain quality in every order that you produce. Works to minimize machine start-up, shut down, and clean-up time.
Requisitos:
Performs packaging responsibilities as part of their normal job. Analyze problems and take corrective actions. Ability to perform assistant duties if required. Trains assistants and operators as assigned per established training matrix and criteria.
High School degree.
1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing area.
