Maintenance Supervisor

Descripción del Empleo:
Recruiting for one of our clients Hotel. *To apply you need to have experience working in the hotel environment as a Lead, Team Lead, Supervisor or similar position.*

The Maintenance Supervisor has to coordinate installation, maintenance and repair work in the hotel. This position will hire, train, and oversee workers and determine repair procedures. It will also have the following functions:

Oversee and coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems.
Evaluate problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services need to be performed.
Will have to organize schedules, and assign work activity.
They also investigate accidents and prepare relevant reports.
Requisitos:
Requirements: Have three (3) or more years of experience working and supervising hotel facilities
Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business administration (completed)
Has to have a intermediate level in English (speaking, writing and reading)
