Data Analytics and Science

:

At HR, we are building a leading information:based division that enable solving complex analytical problems in a fast:paced, collaborative, inclusive, and iterative delivery environment. Data is at the center of everything we do. The mission of this role is to drive the continual transformation of HR Data Analytics and Science. This position combines advanced knowledge in database systems and programming languages with strong interpersonal and project management skills. The data and analytics manager set priorities for the team and communicates findings to senior management within the company.

Drive a major transformation of people related data by building new analytical and machine learning tools and frameworks to exploit advantages of people data in Popular.
:

Provide data insights that influence solutions design, services, experiences, and communications strategies designed to attract new candidates and engage existing employees.
:

Able to interpret and manipulate internal and third:party data to surface opportunities.
Processes, Delivery Experience

:

Responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to our employees and internal units each time.
:

Leading and owning oversight of process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives across the corporation.
Regulatory and Compliance

:

Responsible for working with HR Units partners to identify and mitigate potential risks to Our People strategies and practices.
:

Design and implement internal governance processes to ensure consistent and efficient processes to improve the accuracy and integrity of the Our People Compliance Management Program.
Financials and Budget Process and Monitoring

:

Responsible for operational and financial reporting for Our People division.
:

Accountable for generating actionable insights related to accounting data.
:

Manage Budget process and continuous monitoring in collaboration with Comptroller division.

Supervisory Responsibilities 13;

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Coach and develop highly competent employees. Foster a spirit of teamwork allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity. Provide budgetary oversight.

Minimum Education 13;
Masters Degree in Finance, Human Resources or Industrial Engineering.

Experience 13;

A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive project management, budget administration and data analytics experience.

Certifications / Licenses 13;
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) andProject Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's) 13;

Exceptional analytical, collaboration and problem:solving skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous initiatives, self:direct and task switch between strategic and tactical initiatives regularly.
