Responsibilities: Work with the Office Managing Partner and practice leaders to develop action steps and execute each office-wide strategic initiative, including local market development Help in developing quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure effectiveness of design and execution of strategic initiatives, and communication plan to partners and employees Assist in on-going monitoring and continuous improvement of office-wide strategic initiatives, action steps, and communications Coordinate recruiting efforts related to campus hire and experienced hires, including interviews and on-boarding processes Work with the Office Managing Partner in the re-issuance of certain financial reports to comply with local statutory tax requirements Qualifications: Minimum five years of business operations, project management, or client service delivery experience preferably within a professional services firm Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Marketing/Human Resources Bilingual ; fluent in English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to manage variety of multiple assignments with tight deadlines Ability to build relationships, collaborate, motivate and influence individual within a matrix organization and succeed in a fast paced environment KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
