Manager - Transition

To manage transition of new projects (1.) Conduct regular project reviews with client stakeholders and implement corrective actions. (2.) Manage project deliverables in accordance to HCL / Client transition methodology and tollgates (3.) Maintain internal MIS to ensure projects are monitored and reported against timescale, financial and quality targets (4.) Internal reviews to keep senior management appraised of project progress and surrounding issues (5.) Admin activities, trainings etc. SDL2017
