Job Description: We are seeking a manufacturing engineer to join our team in the northern area of Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in civil engineering with a passion for the production and manufacturing of construction materials. This position will offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the production process and continuously improving our operations. Type: Full Time Working hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Participate in the design and optimization of manufacturing processes for construction products. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements in efficiency and quality. Conducted data analysis and tracked key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess manufacturing process performance. Identify and proactively resolve production issues. Maintain a high level of safety and regulatory compliance in all manufacturing operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Preferably a recent graduate or with minimal work experience in the manufacturing field. Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
