Full Job Description
SUMMARY
Execution of assigned marketing and promotional initiatives including but not limited to traditional and digital marketing programs for the company. Supports sales efforts & coordinates customer activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Execute and support marketing activities and objectives for the company in all the territories/divisions.
· Supports sales efforts for the different sales departments.
· Provides sales reports when required.
· Responsible for following guidelines included in annual promotional budget.
· Knowledge of Web page and Social media management.
· Handles customer lead management process.
· Support customer sales & marketing initiatives aligned with sales and marketing goals.
· Execute actions to gather market intelligence & reports.
· Helps coordinates and assist in all customer related activities including trainings.
· Scheduling and tracking training for dealers.
· Drafts and creates communication pieces promotional initiatives.
· Creates and sends promotional mailings.
· Helps in the manufacturer’s promotional claims process
· Work with and assist in all customer retail sales programs
· Responsible for the purchase of promotional material and items (premiums)
· Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory requirements.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or equivalent, from four-year college or university with and at least three years’ experience of the related work desired. Equivalent combination of education and marketing experience can be evaluated.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Willing to travel
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook
Proactive reporting and organization skills
