Job Description Responsibilities Coordinate customer's professional and promotional events (restaurant/hotel quotes, customer's invitation, sign sheets, evaluations etc.) Collect supporting documents for Health Care Compliance submissions Initial translation of marketing/sales materials Follow up and complete customer's promotions logs or vouchers reports Prepare promotional/educational material's shipments Assigned field events with customers (congress, trainings, symposiums, etc.) Prepare and send customer's communications Provide day to day support to sales representatives: DDU kit for new accounts Track confirmations of ECP for sales/marketing events Prepare and coordinate materials used for sales/marketing events Fax documents to customers for special requests Telemarketing campaigns with small accounts Follow up on new customers for application submission and questions Other supporting activities as required Participation in special projects as required Background: Bachelor in Marketing 2-3 years of professional experience preferably in an office environment and/or customer service department Skills: Computer literacy including Microsoft Office Excellent verbal/written communication skills Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong team working, planning & organizational skills Outspoken Company Description PRPDG has been providing top-notch consulting services based on decades of experience.
