Marketplace Remediation Specialist

Descripción del Empleo:
Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a Marketplace Remediation Specialist to work with stakeholders on marketplace piracy issues, to identify issues and provide support and resolution path for the issues. This role will work with internal and external teams for identifying fraud trends and implementing Anti-Piracy controls.

Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming piracy report queue
• Ensuring SLA response
• Routing requests to appropriate protection services personnel
• Providing final resolution to requesters
• Tracking and workflow for marketplace Enforcement actions; ensure that given actions are executed by contractor or DCU regional team
• “How to Tell” site, update text and images on the site
• Providing process documentation as needed
Requisitos:
Experience • 4-7 years of support or related experience with strong analytical skills
• Customer Relation Management Skills
• Strong problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills (Service consumption decisions, IT related prioritization, Production Prioritization and risk mitigations)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English-Spanish)
• 1+ years of experience writing T-SQL to query SQL Server databases (nice to have)
