Careers that Change LivesAs a Manufacturing Program Manager in our Villalba, PR manufacturing site, you will lead projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies to enable breakthrough process changes and improvements. You will lead cross functional teams, monitor the project from initiation to delivery, oversee and manage the operational aspects of the projects, serves as liaison between the manufacturing site and the operating unit and ensure activities are completed on time and in alignment to the strategic and tactical objectives of the Global Operations and Supply Chain (GO&SC) and the Operating Unit. You will be responsible to communicate with stakeholders, obtain their engagement and deliver project status to the upper management.
