General Description 13;
Sell mortgage products to potential clients contacted through different internal channels, such as: telemarketing, internet and refferals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:
Manages and monitors the referral program.
:
Participates in sales initiatives according to business needs.
:
Handling calls for orientation, pre:qualification, sales and origination of mortgage loans, according to the prospects.
Minimum Education 13;
+ 60 Bachelors degree credits approved in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience 13;
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in sales and customer service.
Other Qualifications 13;
:
Knowledge in mortgage products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.) (Preferred)
:
Basic knowledge about the principles and processes to provide clients a personalized service.
:
Knowledge in mortgage banking, state and federal applicable regulations to the industry. (Preferred)
:
Excellent listening skills. Able to understand what client's express, clarify information through questions in order to identify their needs.
:
Able to use marketing, cross:selling and consulted sales techniques and strategies.
:
Planning and organization skills.
:
Knowledge in MS Office programs like: Word, Excel and others necessary to perform job functions.
:
Knowledge and good use of the English and Spanish language:written and verbal.
:
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills.
