General Description

Responsible for review reports daily to do a preliminary analysis to ensure the correspondent documents in each mortgage loan case.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Validate information and certifications considering that every detail is registered correctly in the system. Make CRIM analysis using the internal tools. Update contributions analysis as needed.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Accounting or Finance or related field.

Experience

One to two years of related experience.

Other Qualifications

Knowledge in mortgage loans products, contributions and properties.

Ability to analyze contributions.

Ability to identify errors, analyze their cause, and utilize initiative and judgement to solve them and make decision.

Capacity to work in teams and collaborate with peers in order to meet common goals.

Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure, attention to details.

Oral and written proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
