Taxes & CRIM area Full Time Opportunity General Description: The main function will be office duties of moderate complexity and responsibility that involves the processes, execute payment and provide customer services for internal or external clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks associated with the maintenance and process of property taxes payment. Work on special projects as assigned in the work area. Ensure that the payment of the property taxes is met to period according the due date in CRIIM system or massive billing receive in January and July. Work and analyze the debt reflect in CRIM system and ensure the documentation in our operational system, send the borrower notification and refer to Mortgage Documentation Area the support for proceed with the digitalization. Make sure to work reports related to the massive payment, monthly regular procedure and execute payment daily according the case. Request evidence or investigation to CRIM agency for maintain our record accrual with the tax's information and tax id correct accord to the property description. Minimum Education 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved Experience At least one or two years of related experience in office duties. Other Qualifications Ability to identify problems, analyze their cause, and utilize initiative and judgement to solve them and make decision. Capacity to work in teams and collaborate with peers in order to meet common goals. Customer service skills. Sense of urgency to attend situations. Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure. Oral and written proficiency in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
