Occupational Health Nurse - Jayuya

Descripción del Empleo:
Provides nursing services and first aid to employees who become ill or injured on the premises of the establishment. Establishes preventive health programs and procedures to promote good health and well being practices among employees. Assures that Company complies with all internal and external standards and regulations (such as: GMP's, Law 139, Workmen’s Compensation, FMLA, etc.). Administrates Medical Healthcare Plan (including general orientation, changes in coverage, follow up for reimbursement from the provider). Active liaison with Management and/or EHS Team members to assure ergonomics standards, and minimize impact of operations to employee well being. Maintains medical record of treated employees, and prepares accident reports and insurance forms. Keeps and files employee’s medical records on a daily basis. Temporary Contract 10468
Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree of Sciences in Nursing with 3 to 5 years of previous experience in similar industrial company. Maintain Continued Education for State License; knowledge in Ergonomics, OSHA, Workmen’s Compensation, Law 139, ADA regulations; computer literate, with excellent communication skills and service oriented. Nursing State License, Occupational Certification, Regulatory Laws Training, Audio metrics Certifications, First Aid and CPR Certification, Respiratory Certification, Personal Protective Equipment Training, GMP’s Training, and other trainings certifications, registrations. Should be able to work with many projects and handle multiple tasks at the same time. Should be able to work Holidays, extra hours, or any shift when required (e.g. shutdowns, recruitments).
