Descripción del Empleo:
Assistant Occupancy & Collection Specialist Assists the Project Manager ("Occupancy & Collection Specialist") in administrative work related to the processes of recertification, adjust of income, guidance to new residents, interviews of applicants, collection and others. Perform office tasks and other tasks related to the job.
Requisitos:
•Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field. •Oral and written developed skills in English and Spanish languages •Computer developed skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint •Basic mathematical skills •Must have excellent interpersonal skills with staff and general public •At least two years of administrative and clerical experience •Team work skills •Able to work in multiple sites (including Caguas) •Must have vehicle and a valid driver's license •Bilingual•Available Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm. •Able to work overtime and/or Saturdays, when required. •$8.50 per hour.
