We are looking for an exceptional, passionate and creative Operations Manager with experience, metrics driven mind set and industry-specific knowledge who can add value to our team.
Requisitos:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
• Master Degree in Engineering or MBA is preferred
• Previous experience in transportation management
• 10+ years progressive management experience in supply chain related operation.
• Proven track record of success in inventory control management (Cycle Counting / Physical Inventory) while monitoring inventory levels and producing KPI’s to manage expenses, minimize loss and maximize revenue
• Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills
• Must possess knowledge of LEAN principles, OSHA regulations, safety practices, GMPs, and HACCP.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Microsoft Office advanced user
• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Complete flexibility to work split shift and rotating schedules.
