Packing - Shipping - Receiving Data Entry

*Zgrum Medical, an international medical equipment company, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team.* As a shipping and receiving associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of receiving inventory from our vendors, confirming, organizing and documenting what was received, packing and shipping orders to our customers, weekly and monthly cycle counts, organizing inventory by expiration date, negotiating shipping rates with shippers, adding new products, detailed descriptions and pictures to our database, and posting these products to various online platforms as needed.* Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a business setting with a deep proficiency and ease with computers and typing and feel comfortable with both the hands on task of packing and receiving as well as internet work. Requisitos:
* Entering Orders and receiving documentation into computer database system*Creating International Shipping labels with UPS, USPS, Fedex* Researching and entering product information into custom program - computer and web work* Providing shipping quotes*Inventory cycle counts - counting inventory weekly and monthly* Creating and tagging equipment with SKU's* Providing product maintenance - testing and cleaning equipment* Quality Assurance* Product photography* Answering phones when needed* Light facilities maintenance, cleaning, organizing* Open, honest, high-integrity* Extraordinary attention to detail* Driven and high energy* Collaborative style - openly discusses and works to solve problems the best way for the company* Self Motivated* Attention to detail* MUST be 100% proficient in writing, reading and speaking ENGLISH*
