Pathology Medical Transcriptionist

Descripción del Empleo:
Transcribes various dictation whether it is related to pathology reports or correspondence needed by pathologists or laboratory staff. Produces quality pathology reports in timely manner paying strict attention to detail. Maintains low error rate. Checks accuracy of co-workers. Identities and corrects incorrect work types.
Requisitos:
High school diploma or equivalent education and up to two (2) years previous related experience is required. Knowledge of pathology abbreviations to translate into the appropriate long form. Medical Transcriptionist may need to be familiar with use audio playback equipment or software that is connected to their computer.
