Bilingual: (Spanish and English) PMP certification (preferred) Soft Skills: Problem solving and effective persuasion skills. Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. Experience in: Manage all aspects of projects(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up. Validation life cycle and New Manufacturing Lines. MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Project scheduling and activities coordination. Project progress presentations. Continuously and appropriately communicates between project sponsor, team members, and other stakeholders. Balance stakeholders' goals, and reach alignment on project decisions. Develops relationships that assist the team in achieving the goals and objectives of the projects. Partners with Quality to develop a thorough and effective Quality Plan. Executes validation activities such as: Protocols, Execution, Deviations, and Reports. Motivates the team toward the successful completion of the project's Balances the competing constraints on the projects objectives. Maintains a strong advocacy role within the organization; work with the project sponsor to address internal organizational factors that may impact the team.
