Process Improver Engineer

Descripción del Empleo:
This position will gain cross-functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, project management, lean manufacturing, quality systems and mechanical design. The Process Improver will be required to lead, support, and/or conduct trials for manufacturing and or engineering projects, which may include process/equipment optimization and sustainability initiatives for Cayey and Singapore manufacturing locations.

Salary $20.00 per hour
Requisitos:
Responsibilities include project management, planning, team facilitation and project status updates. Conduct manufacturing trials, data collection activities, and provide data analysis for assigned manufacturing projects including recommendations for quality improvements, reduce cost, and increase production capability. Promote a safe work environment. May provide recommendations on maintaining the safety of the work environment. . Notify the supervisor of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices. Ability to update drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Mechanical or Electrical preferred (equivalent engineering degrees may also be considered if previous manufacturing experience is particularly strong) Current Students: Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Recent Alumni: Minimum of 1 year(s) experience in a manufacturing environment.
