Product Owner

Full Time Job Opportunity General Description The Product Owner must work with internal and external Stakeholders to create specifications and work with cross functional development teams to deliver high quality software product enhancements for Popular's Digital Banking. Holding the ultimate accountability for the product definition that best meets the needs of the business. Needs to bring strong leadership and organizational skills to maintain a steady release plan for the product. Needs to manage the backlog of user stories to ensure that the work defined for the team is meaningful to the customer, yet realistic and attainable for the development teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily project goals and product schedules, adjusting expectations and setting priorities. Work with customers, stakeholders and internal teams to create and customize products. Write and capture user stories and user needs to communicate product objectives and requirements. Schedule and lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes and advance projects Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration Master's Degree Experience Three (3) years of experience in project or product management, Agile development experience preferable.
