Product Owner (Engineering)

- 8-10 years of hands-on functional analyst in Retail domain with specialization in Integration projects
- Worked in Agile Scrum and Distributed Agile with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Worked in a geographically distributed team across multiple locations
- Must have worked on JIRA for epics, stories, issues and task management
- Facilitate the team for better productivity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team
- Responsible for understanding and comprehending the business requirements in co-ordination with the Product Manager.
- Sound understanding of the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in agile methodology.
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team especially involved with cross-functional teams
- Highlight the impediments to the Scrum Master and Product Manager in a timely fashion
- Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, demo and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper adaptation of process.
- Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Assist Product Manager to build product backlog and maintain it
- Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings along with Team Lead
