Production/Packaging Operator

Descripción del Empleo:
The objective of the position is operate the manufacturing/packaging equipment in order to produce consumable products. Part of the equipment operation includes (but is not limited to) product feeding, equipment cleaning, production documentation, and material handling. Furthermore, the person should be part of the production team to keep a high productivity minimizing equipment stoppage.
Requisitos:
Qualifications: - High school diploma Skill Set: - Knowledge of the corporate Code of Ethics.
- Knowledge of regulations and OSHA.
- GMP Knowledge.
- Knowledge of the protocols S.O.P. related to the position.
- Knowledge of production processes in the medical devices sector.
- Experience in clean room manufacturing
- Knowledge on how to operate manufacturing/packaging machines.
- Capable of organizing and managing their work.
- Knowledge on how to communicate precisely in any form, even to one's superiors.
- Collaborate with other operators and staff for production and quality support services.
- Knowledge on how to carry out coaching and training activities.
