Production Standards & Training Specialist

Descripción del Empleo:
The Production Standards & Training Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to: perform close up and Final inspections appropriate to each aircraft maintenance event; develop a Close up and Final inspection schedule with team leaders, Project Manager and customer during final inspection phase; record Close up and Final inspection findings and buy back rectification of same; analyze findings (for example Close up, Final inspections, customer feedback etc.) to identify improvement areas and develop proposals for improvement measures; develop effective methods to communicate with and provide feedback to production on finding results and areas for further improvement areas; provide training to production to eliminate repeat findings; actively involved in the introduction, trial and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives in production; among other tasks.
Requisitos:
Technical university degree in aviation or at least a Level 2 approval holder
? MRO experience min. 5 years
? Computer applications experience
? Ability to coach and motivate employees during OJT
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Good communication skills
? Excellent organizational skills
? Ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines
? Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
