The Programmer Analyst I works developing web-based applications in C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, and produce technical/functional requirements documentation. Meets with clientele, customers, providers and stakeholders to gather/understand project specifications. Supports various business units within the healthcare industry while collaborating with various team members, Business Systems Analysts, Web Content Administrators, Project Management and Developers.
Job Duties:
· Develop, design, support, enhance, optimize, and troubleshoot applications in .NET framework and SQL Server utilizing various languages such as C#, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
· Effectively work with clients and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end user needs to be translated into technical solutions while monitoring scheduled production related tasks in the system(s) and resolving any questions or issues as needed to ensure accurate and timely results.
· Support .NET/C# application within various business units in the healthcare client.
· Meet with clientele, customers, providers and stakeholders to gather and document (BRDs and technical specification docs) requirements for projects at hand.
Qualifications:
· Strong experience using MS SQL Server and Team Foundation, Visual Studio 2005-2015, .NET Framework Technologies 1.0-3.0 (C#, ASP.NET).
· Strong experience in component and Web-based technologies (AJAX, Active X, SOAP, HTML, XML, XSL, IIS, ASP.NET, VBScript, JavaScript).
· Previous WordPress experience is a must.
· SDLC methodologies Waterfall, Agile, MSF, UML
· Must have advanced skills and experience in oral and written communication including analysis, preparation and report presentation.
· Must be fully Bilingual in Spanish and English
Desired Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
· Previous experience with SSIS managing data packages
· Previous experience developing within an Agile environment
· Knowledge of structured networking and database methodologies
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Computer Science. System/Industrial Engineering or related field, with emphasis of study in systems analysis and design of software solutions
· Minimum of five years’ experience in systems analysis and/or programming required, with project management or leadership responsibilities highly desired
