A Project Controls Associate provides cost management services including budgeting, bid management, cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, change management, contract administration, close out administration, procurement management, earned value management and value engineering. The candidate will assist the Program Control team and Project Managers with the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and levels of risk. The candidate will have significant interface with Project Managers, Contract Management staff, Senior Personnel, Accounting, Accounts Receivable as well as other functional organizations. Candidate Requirements: 3 years of Project Control Cost Control experience preferred -including cash flow forecasting and analysis. Provide support for project teams across account or PDS Business Unit Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. Support project managers routing and processing charters, change orders and purchase orders. Liaison between JLL Finance and JLL Small Caps Team Experience with Project Controls concepts such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closeout are needed. You must have the ability to develop and maintain budgets. You will need to develop, implement, and maintain monthly forecasting, invoicing, and cost Reporting. Interact periodically with senior level internal, and sometimes external, clients to present various analyses, discuss recommendations and provide project financial advice Manage accounts receivables according to the guidelines and requirements set by the Regional Operations manager. Ensure that all accounts receivables are maintained at a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance, account finance team and/or the Regional Operations Manager. Consolidate and compile account monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, post and distribute on account platform. This position requires self -starting skills. Excellent communication skills with proven decision-making skills and the ability to function in a large corporate environment. Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred Required Tools: Requires mastery of basic MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
